Did you know.........

Recycling continuously

Aluminum is one of the most recycled -- and most recyclable -- materials on the market today. Nearly 75 percent of all aluminum produced in the U.S. is still in use today. Aluminum can be recycled directly back into itself over and over again in a true closed loop.

ALUMINUM FACTS

* The average person has the opportunity to recycle more than 25,000 cans in their life

* An aluminum can can be recycled and back on a grocery store shelf as a new can in as little as 60 days

*Aluminum can be recycled forever without any loss of quality

*Aluminum can be recycled using only 5% of the energy used to make the product from new materials

*Recycling a single aluminum can saves enough energy to power a TV for 3 hours

Did you know... Extrusion is formed by pushing aluminum through a die. Think of it this way, remember playing with Play-Doh as a child and pushing it through one of the dies to created, like, the star shape. Extrusion is the same.

Did you know......
Difference between Sheet and Extrusion, is basically easy.
Sheet is bent into it's shape by machines or rollers. Extrusion is sent through a die to create the desired shape.
Extrusion will have 90 degree angle edge and sheet will have a rounder edge.
